I was seen in clinic for a long standing shoulder condition. My options re treatment were fully explained to me and with Dr Prasad we agreement my treatment regime. In the first instance I had an injection in my shoulder which released my symptoms for a number of months however ( as anticipated) this was only a temporary solution. We then agreed to move to surgery. This was undertaken as a day case and my treatment and recovery was excellent I underwent a course of physiotherapist and I was discharged greatly improved 2 weeks following surgery. I received excellent treatment throughout my episode of care.

I have nothing but praise for Mr Narayana Prasad . He is a wonderful surgeon , kind , caring and very dedicated and professional in his work . I needed to have a full reversal replacement to my right shoulder in September 2017 after a very bad fall leaving my shoulder in many pieces . Mr Prasad explained thoroughly the options open to me in his clinic at the first meeting with him . The support and kindness that I was shown by Mr Prasad and his team on the morning of my op was greatly appreciated because I was very nervous . The aftercare has been extremely good also , came to visit me on the ward very early the next morning after the op to ask me how I was , arranged physio appointments and have had countless check ups with Mr Prasad during the last twelve months at his clinic . I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Prasad to anybody that should require shoulder surgery . Thank you so much for putting me back together .

I first met Dr Prasad in Oct 2017, I found him to be very friendly and informative. I'd been having right shoulder pain for around 18 months, I was apprehensive about having surgery as I'd already had arthroscopic subacromial decompression procedure done on my left shoulder at a different hospital and hadn't had a very good experience. Mr Prasad didn't put any pressure on me to have it done, in the first instance referred me for physio which didn't really help. Fast forward to August 2018 I eventually decided to have it done. The whole experience was totally different than last time, everything was explained fully to me and the aftercare has been great. I was back in work after 3 weeks and although I still don't have a full range of movement, I'm having weekly physio to help with this. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Mr Prasad to anyone considering surgery in the future.

In April I fell 14foot off a bouldering wall onto an extended arm. I fully tore my tricep, medial ligament, damaged the nerve and several muscles. Fast forward two months. This magician of a doctor gave me back my arm. Starting from the beginning of his achievements with me, he keeps my tattoos perfect. I have a full sleeve, Dr prasad made a good 6 inch cut to open my elbow and I cannot believe that the wound has healed and this miestro of the scalpel put the skin back 100% Aligned. He listened to everything is said. I had an anxiety attack in my cast, who knew cast claustrophobia was a thing. Dr Prasad immediately was there to support me and within a day he swapped my cast for a brace to calm me. I can not begin to thank him enough for what he has done. He was more than employed and paid to do this, he genuinely puts his heart into his work and that is priceless.
